Dental Assisting

The Dental Assisting strand offers students the opportunity to earn a certification as a dental aide at the end of their Junior year in high school. During the Senior year of high school, the student will be working in a clinical setting earning credit hours towards the dental assisting certificate. The student will also be offered the opportunity to earn a certification as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA). Immediately upon high school graduation, the student will be enrolled in Robert Morgan Educational Center’s post– secondary program to complete one summer trimester of study and complete their dental assisting program.
