Robert Morgan Educational Center (RMEC) is an All Magnet Academy High School. We are PROUD to be an award-winning school with 5 academies and over 20 academy strands. RMEC is Miami’s premier pathway school to college and career.
RMEC has been an all comprehensive magnet HIGH SCHOOL since the 2003-04 school year. RMEC offers HONORS, ADVANCED PLACEMENT, and DUAL ENROLLMENT classes on our campus as well as an array of career and academic focused academies. Many of our academy strands offer students the ability to graduate not only with a high school diploma but also with career skills and specialized certifications where applicable.
We highly encourage you to visit Robert Morgan during one of our many tours and our annual magnet fair. Please review the dates on our home page. Our magnet is Saturday, December 1st from 9AM – 11AM.
The magnet application is open every year from October 1st until January 15th. All applicants who apply during this period will be notified of their status on MARCH 15th. You will receive an email from M-DCPS School of Choice.
